SubContractor's Business Club of Australia
There is a thought that builders /customers are always out to screw the
subcontractor's tender price.
Builders have a responsibility to their own business to gain the best deal and
make a profit. That is not price screwing, but sound business principals.
The subcontractor's responsibility is to know their true cost of labour and
materials and understand their mark-ups. (Refer to August 2011article) This
will clearly identify the bottom line and instead of being screwed, appreciate
when it is walk away.
- Because the price is too low.
